SHIPPING DELIVERY

Our standard delivery is based on the item’s weight.
We use our appointed courier and offer a tracked service from their website.
Tracking No. will be provided via email.
All orders will be processed within 3 working days after receiving payment.
The total duration of the order processing until delivery is 3-7 working days for Peninsular Malaysia (or earlier), 3-14 days for Sabah Sarawak (or earlier). Please expect delay during the Movement Control Order.
Please be informed that Beausiti is not responsible for any delay due to delivery matters by courier service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are sorry that we do not provide international shipping at the moment.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We will not accept any cancellation based on “change of mind”.
No refund is allowed after payment.
In any case of faulty or damaged of the product, we will arrange for replacement upon receiving a complaint.
